Service Mission and Goal

It provides people with disabilities with opportunities to participate in and to organize a variety of activities which meet their social, recreational and developmental needs.

Service Highlights

• Social and recreational activities;
• Case counseling and therapeutic groups;
• Develop mental and educational activities;
• Home visit;
• Scouts; and
• Art Troupe – Dance Heart Troupe (The first professional dance troupe composed of people with intellectual disabilities in Hong Kong), Drum Alive (Chinese Drum Orchestra) and Voices for Harmony.

Target Group

People with intellectual disabilities of any age and their family members or carers.

Application

• Application can be made to the service unit directly; or
• Referral by other organizations.

Service Hour

Tuesday to Friday: 9:30am – 7:00pm

Saturday: 9:00am – 7:00pm

Monday, Sunday and Public Holidays: Closed

Fee

Charges according to the amounts specified by the Social Welfare Department.

Withdrawal

When the membership expires without applying for renewal, the membership will be terminated and the membership will be deemed to be automatically withdrawn from the service.
